Thursday, June 3rd 2010, we went from to Cité Des Sciences
First of all, we had an animation on DNA.
Then, we had a dynamic animation.
Next, we ate outside.

Early afternoon, we visited a Maths exposition.
After, we explored a light games exposition and sounds exposition.
Later, we saw a helicopter exposition.
Finally, we saw a documentary "Les profondeurs des Océans" in the Géode.

Travel to Paris

Transport and metro

Tuesday, June 1^st, pupils of 3° met at Clermont-Ferrand at 6am to take train to go Paris.

All the pupils were in the same compartment during 3 hours. In the train, we could walk freely.

Once in Paris we took the metro to go to a Youth Hostel to put our bags; This metro was the only transport during travel.

Inconvenients were that we had little space at rush hours we had to stand up.

Sometimes, station and metro were dirty and we had to be patient when there were toubles on the lines.

The advantages were that it was fast, direct to the main famous places in Paris, it's quite convenient for groups and funny !

The Champs Elysée

The Champs Elysée are a huge street in Paris with all shops and bars-restaurants. It 's a famous place which attracts many tourists and Parisians. L'arc de Triomphe is at the top the street.

We went shopping and it was very funny!! We bought many postal cards , souvenirs and clothes.

We had free time !!! We had a good memory!! It was gigantique and GREAT !!!!

The "Bateau-mouche"

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010, we did the "bateau-mouche" on the Seine. It was sunny and hot. During this trip, we saw the Eiffel Tower, "Notre de dame" of Paris, "Le louvre" museum, "Assemblée Nationale", Justice palace of Paris and many bridge ( Orsay bridge ). This walk had during 1 hours. We met many japanes. The photo took for the students and teachers. It was fantastic moment.

We went to The Louvre's Museum on Wednesday, June 3rd , we took photos then the class looked at the pyramids. We entered the left wing. Before, the Museum was a beautiful castel , we looked at the old wall. We needed to find sculpture and arts inside the museum like :

- Vénus de Milo -La victoire de Samothrace - Joconde - Radeau de la Méduse - Les noces de Cana - Le sacre de Napoléon

It was very difficult to look at the work art because there were many people (more foreign tourists).

The visit was very interesting!

June 1st at 10:30 am, we visited the Eiffel Tower.
Thirst we bought souvenirs and took photos.
Then we went up the Eiffel Tower and we had a great view.

Kellermann youth hostel

During the trip, we slept in the youth hostel : Kellermann.
The bedroom could receive 3 visitors.
In the bedroom, there is bathroom, 3 or two beds and a cupboard.

In Assemblée Nationale

We visited the Assemblée Nationale in Paris on Tuesday, June 1st

First , a guide told us its history : an efficient security, the library, the hall and the restroom then we have look the discuss to members of parlement.

After visiting the Eiffel tower, we went to the park opposite for lunch and we ate what we had prepared.

After lunch we had a free time for fun so I played football.

Finally we visited the Eiffel tower.

Evening, we went to ate the restaurant "Bistro Romain" and we ate:

-smoked ham

-lasagne and salad

-apple pie
